Returns & Refunds Policy
At Euro Flooring, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our simple returns process makes it easy to send items back.
How Returns Work
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period to notify us of your intention to return.
- Once you’ve let us know, you’ll have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the goods are received and checked.
Your Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to return products that are:
- Not as described
- Faulty or damaged
- Unfit for purpose
In these cases, we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Important Notes
- Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email our Customer Care team at info@euro-flooring.co.uk with your order number. We’ll provide you with instructions to complete the return.
