Can I order free samples?

Yes! We offer free samples so you can see and feel the product before placing your order. Simply select the sample option on the product page.  

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes.  We deliver flooring products across the whole United Kingdom—England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.  

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. Larger pallet deliveries may take slightly longer depending on location.  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and secure online checkout options. All payments are processed safely through our website.  

Do you provide fitting or installation?

No  Euro Flooring is an online retail store only. We supply quality flooring and tiles with UK delivery but do not provide fitting services.  

What is your returns policy?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to notify us of returns, followed by another 14 days to send items back. Products must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.  

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes. Most of our flooring products come with long warranties, many up to 25 years. Warranty details are listed on each product page.
